I know what you are doing this summer...

In "cant wait to see" order:

#1. The DaVinci Code (may 19th)
#2. Superman Returns (june 30th)
#3. Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (july 7th)
#4. Apocalypto (aug 4th)
#5. Snakes on a Plane (aug 18th)
#6. Lady in the Water (july 21st)
#7. Poseidon (may 12th)
#8. Miami Vice (july 21st)
#9. Scanner Darkly (july 7th)

Comments:
Pretty much the same as my list would look, if I had one... Except I think I'd move A Scanner Darkly up a few notches. I think it's going to be a good summer.

I can't wait for "A Prairie Home Companion." (June 9)

Once a Midwesterner, always a Midwesterner, I guess.

Never heard of #4. And I'm not sure if I want to see #6. Shyamalan is so hit or miss for me. I solved the secret of The Village without even seeing it. How messed up is that?

Scanner Darkly, eh? That's another PKD novel, isn't it? That may be worth it.

I'd definitely add X-men 3, and I didn't know about Apocalypto either but that looks intriguing as well.

i'm not a "blockbuster" kind of guy. of these i'm really looking forward to A SCANNER DARKLY. i'll probably see one or two others but it's not the kind of films i want to sit w/ people all around me making noises and distracting me. i find that happens all too often at the "big" films.

plus, you'd have to put a gun to my head to get me to see colin f in MIAMI VICE. ugh. when will these idiotic and lame tv remakes stop?!
